On 15 August 2024, the Sennelar alpine festival will once again take place in the huts around Soelden. The Sennelar alpine festival is a traditional folk festival and visitors enjoy traditional Tyrolean dances and regional specialities such as bacon, cheese and apple strudel. Some Soelden Alpine pastures really let it rip at today's Sennelar, with music and dancing. People are trusted to talk to each other and have fun, just like in times without mobile phones.
