Modern, stylish and yet cozy - Our 2022 built apartments are high quality and modern equipped with: bed linen, towels, coffee maker, dishwasher, modern TVs in each bedroom and living room, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, kitchen fully equipped (incl. pots, pans dishes, oven).Especially pleasant: each bedroom in the apartments has its own bathroom and the barbecue facilities in the common area tempts you to enjoy pleasant barbecue evenings together.The ski and hiking region Hochoetz is only about 2km away. The warmest natural swimming lake in Tyrol, the Piburgersee, can be reached on foot in 20 min.We are also a partner of the Ötztal Inside Summer Card.In summer, our house is a good starting point to explore the 1600km of hiking trails and climbs that run through the Ötztal. So nothing stands in the way of a varied hiking vacation in the heart of the mountains. Mountain bikers and cyclists also have a lot to offer: 850km of mountain bike trails and the valley-wide bike path offer everything your heart desires. 19 climbing gardens as well as 8 spectacular via ferratas are looking forward to adventurous friends of nature.If you long for a relaxing day of swimming, the Piburgersee, the warmest natural bathing lake in Tyrol, is in the best hands.In winter, the ski bus starts about 3 minutes walk from the accommodation, which takes you to one of many ski areas with over 350 kilometers of slopes.
