Welcome to Haus Berthold in Granstein near Sölden! Haus Berthold is located in a quiet location in Granstein surrounded by the beautiful Tyrolean mountains. Granstein is a hamlet at about 1450 meters above sea level and is about 3 km from the center of Sölden . You can reach us from the main road via a 1.3 km mountain road. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes or your skiing vacation. In about 5. minutes by car you are in the world-famous ski resort Sölden - from where modern gondola lifts take you comfortably to the beautiful Ötztal mountains. With us, enthusiastic mountaineers, nature lovers but also those seeking relaxation are in good hands. But also in winter our apartment is an ideal place to spend your skiing vacation. A FREE ski bus service takes you daily directly to the gondola lifts in the center of Sölden in the Ötztal. (Bus stop right next door!) From there you can then start an exploration of the slopes. No matter if you are a beginner or a very good skier/snowboarder - fun is guaranteed. At the end still a small drink at the Apre Skibar before it goes with the Apreskibus back to Granstein. Now to our apartment: We offer you an apartment of approx. 85 m2 - bookable for 2 - 8 persons. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house - on the ground floor we live - your landlords and are always available for questions. Details of the apartment: 3 bedrooms (including 1 smaller bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed) In one bedroom there is a pull-out couch where the 7th and 8th person would find space. 1 kitchen-living room (equipped with microwave, dishwasher, cooking facilities with 4 plates, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink, dishes, pans, TV - with SAT, kettle, toaster) 1 x bathroom with corner bath, WC and double washbasin 1 x shower, WC and double washbasin. Access to the large balcony - including garden chairs for 6 people and large oval table.The balcony floor is carpeted (balcony is available only to guests).Bed linen, towels, crockery, glasses, etc. is sufficiently available.On request, you will receive daily fresh bread from the local bakery delivered- only for an additional charge. On request we provide for your little darling a crib and a high chair for the duration of the stay - price per week Euro 15.00.
