The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob as well as microwave, fully automatic coffee machine (Jura) and invites you to cook regional delicacies. The bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. For the rest area you go to the attic, which is divided into three bedrooms with a total of seven beds and a toilet.The wooden house has two house entrances, one of which is in the basement (direct access from the car parking lot). Ski boot drying room and fitness room (with another shower) are also in the basement. The infrared cabin (in the fitness room) provides the necessary relaxation after an active day of vacation.In the furnishing, special emphasis was placed on originality and comfort. So only original accessories from past times and furniture of the renowned traditional brand Voglauer were used.The nearest shopping facilities and restaurants are located at a distance of about 200-300m.BedroomBärenkopfkammerInthe rustic sleeping chamber are two single beds with nightstand a closet for clothes and a corner hanging box in which there are books and games for children.KarkopfzimmerTheKarkopfzimmer is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers and a closet. It captivates with farmhouse furniture which is painted in a traditional way, with typical Tyrolean color joy. The room invites you in the evening to browse through the alpine and local literature.AcherkogelzimmerSleepas it was the custom in ancient times in the Tyrolean mountains, you can do this in the four-poster bed in the Acherkogel room.Enjoy the view through the window to the evening illuminated church high up in Ötzerau, on the other side of the valley and the view of the Auerklamm gorge. What could be more beautiful than lying in a four-poster bed in the evening and admiring the intense stars in the dark night sky through the lattice windows. For clothes there is a large closet and a chest of drawers in this room. The farmhouse couch can be used as a crib or simply as a resting bench for undisturbed TV enjoyment.The house has a living/usable area of 170 square meters.
